adequate stay
helpful staff good size room nespresso machine cold room immovable shower head unstable temperature
the staff were helpful and professional, which i appreciated. the room had a good size and included a fridge. i also found the nespresso machine and microwave convenient.
the room was cold. there was no movable shower head and i could not adjust the pressure (that was a real inconvenience). the water temperature kept changing, and i experienced some burns.

decent location, but room issues
stained carpet limescale
the front desk staff was courteous and helpful.
The small double room i booked was tiny. the room's strange shape did not help. With nowhere to put our two bags, they took up most of the floor space. the carpet was heavily stained. there was limescale on the bathroom appliances. it was not what i expected.

Some Issues Noticed During My Stay
temperature fluctuation electric heater
The shower was quite annoying. The water temperature fluctuated constantly. It made showering difficult and unpleasant. the room felt cold despite adjusting the heating. An extra electric heater was provided, but it barely helped. I found both issues frustrating.

amazing staff lovely decor great toiletries
i found the staff amazing. the decor was lovely and the hotel was very clean throughout! great quality toiletries were available. i will definitely stay again, i loved it!
The price felt excessively high for the value. There are similar hotels in the same area for less.

The staff acknowledged my special birthday . This personal touch. the team provided prompt responses to inquiries and offered helpful advice on local attractions.

The room included a well-stocked mini-kitchen complete with a nespresso machine and complimentary tea and coffee. I found these provisions especially useful. the bathroom offered molton brown toiletries and fluffy towels!
